Steven Paull

Company Director
Justice of the Peace (Qualified)
Steven is dedicated to providing a service that seeks to promote and appreciate the need for individuals to be a part of the community of their choice, have a place where they can be themselves, feel comfortable and safe, a place where they can express their personality and a place to be able to participate in full their personal relationships and social life.
Steven has been acknowledged through a number of awards including Volunteer of the year and the Inclusive Communities Individual Champion.

Jeremy Scamp

Community Operations Manager

Jeremy holds numerous qualifications including a Diploma in Work Health and Safety, Diploma in Security and Risk Management, Certificate IV in Mental Health, Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Certificate III in Community Services. Jeremy is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science, and had a keen interest in Forensic Psychology. Jeremy joins our management team to assist with staff and rostering.

Phill Jones

Commercial Manager
Phill has a background in business manage-ment, systems analysis and digital innovation. 
Phill joins the BigDog management team to assist the transition of BigDog from a small family business to an organisation that is able to grow without compromising the core values and quality service that are the foundation of BigDog.
With a focus on quality management and continuous improve-ment, Phill is well pla ced to ensure BigDog's future is sustainable and delivers high quailty services. 

Suzanne Smith

Rockhampton Coordinator

Suzanne has been coordinating our Post-School Day Service in Rockhampton since it opened in 2015 and has guided the program from strength to strength.

Suzanne is a dedicated professional and is focused on providing opportunities for young people transitioning from High School into their community.

Suzanne is keen to assist families in Rockhampton to prepare for their transition to the NDIS in November 2017.

Marrissa Moore

Toowoomba Coordinator
Marrissa coordinates our Toowoomba Day Service Centre, community activities and fundraising.
Marrissa commenced in the role of Accounts Receivable Officer and through her dedication and hard work was identified to assist with coordinating day service activities. 
Marrissa prides herself on helping to resolve any difficulties quickly and efficiently with a positive outcome for everyone concerned
