Parent to Parent Association Queensland Inc

Parent to Parent has a long history of working with people with a disability and those who support them to identify future goals and dreams and walking beside them to make those dreams a reality. This work will continue into the future however it will have a more streamlined focus.

International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) 

This is a United Nations sanctioned day that aims to promote an understanding of people with disability and encourage support for their dignity, rights and well-being.

It is a day that celebrates progress in breaking down barriers, opening doors and realising an inclusive society for all.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

The NDIS is a new way of providing individualised support for eligible people with permanent and significant disability, their families and carers. The NDIS is the insurance that gives us all peace of mind. Phone 1800 800 110


Global-Mark is one of Australia’s leading Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs), currently working with over 4,000 clients and has approximately 7,000 current certificates issued.

Our certification demonstrates BigDog compliance to the requirements of specific Australian, New Zealand, International standards and industry codes of practice. 

National Disability Coordination Officers (NDCO) 

Areas 20 and 22 work at the strategic level with a range of stakeholders to assist working age people (aged 15-64) with disability to be better supported to successfully transition to and participate fully in Tertiary Education and subsequent employment. 

House Call Doctor is a wholly Australian owned and managed, 100% bulk billed urgent after hours in home Doctor service for all Medicare and DVA card holders. House Call Doctor practitioners are highly trained and qualified and specialise in afters hours medicine and the type of ailments patients might have (Category 4&5 - Non emergency).
