Steven Paull

Steven is dedicated to providing a service that seeks to promote and appreciate the need for individuals to be a part of the community of their choice, have a place where they can be themselves, feel comfortable and safe, a place where they can express their personality and a place to be able to participate in full their personal relationships and social life.
Steven has been acknowledged through a number of awards including Volunteer of the year and the Inclusive Communities Individual Champion.

Phill Jones

Commercial Manager

Phill has a background in business management, systems analysis and digital innovation. 

Phill joins the BigDog management team to assist the transition of BigDog from a small family business to an organisation that is able to grow without compromising the core values and quality service that are the foundation of BigDog.
With a focus on quality management and continuous improvement, Phill is well placed to ensure BigDog's future is sustainable and delivers high quality services. 

Jack Riley

Toowoomba Coordinator
Jack is the frontline coordinator for our participants and their support workers. 
Jack describes his role as...
"To be employed in Community Services means that I am willing to help people lead a better life, regardless of their social status, gender, race or level of ability.
Utilising my balanced personality to interact with others in helping to create a relaxed, productive and beneficial experience."

Suzanne Smith

Rockhampton Coordinator

Suzanne has been coordinating our Post-School Day Service in Rockhampton since it opened in 2015 and has guided the program from strength to strength.

Suzanne is a dedicated professional and is focused on providing opportunities for young people transitioning from High School into their community.

Suzanne is keen to assist families in Rockhampton to prepare for their transition to the NDIS in November 2017.

Matt White

Rockhampton Coordinator
Matt has a background in hotel management and disability employment services and brings that experience to his role when coordinating participant support and their support workers.
Matt is also an avid supporter of the rights of the individual to live a good life, to be involved in their community, to participate in work and to live independently.
